The Tap Takeover Podcast returns to a familiar spot to meet a new family of brewers in Bay View, WI. Component Brewing has taken over the taproom and brewing location once held by Eagle Park and Enlightened Brewing, but they have certainly left their mark on the space. With a focus on hazy IPA’s, fruited kettle sours and stouts, Jonathan, Steve and DJ Kowalske – the three owners of Component Brewing – have their fingers firmly on the pulse of the craft beer community!
